U-Haul does not have a charitable foundation or formal grant, scholarship or sponsorship program. Requests for donations and sponsorship proposals must be submitted in writing at least three weeks prior to event or need, and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any requests received outside of the three week timeframe will be automatically denied. Requests may be submitted via the following:

U-Haul offers 30 days of free storage to people affected by natural disasters, such as hurricanes, tornados, floods, etc. at participating U-Haul self-storage facilities on an as-available basis.
We believe in helping our neighbors who desperately need to evacuate or take items out of their homes while they put their lives back together. U-Haul is an integral part of each community we serve. We were built by the same people who are affected by natural disasters, and are proud to be able to give something back to the community during a time of need.
For more information about our programs please contact us at 602-263-6194 or e-mail us at publicrelations@uhaul.com.

The cool darkness of early morning gives way to sunshine and blue skies as thousands of Arizonans Climb to Conquer Cancer. Everyone is invited to participate in this non-athletic fundraising event. There are hikers, runners, wheelchairs and strollers. The annual event recruits teams and individuals; the young and not-so-young! Whether a cardio-hike or a leisurely walk, climbing an Arizona peak generates fun, entertainment and funds to fight cancer.
